The client needed to expand his site work business by adding a new truck maintenance facility and storage building. The truck maintenance building was designed to house 6,830 sf of office, restrooms, breakroom, storage and truck maintenance area. There is also 1,950 sf of covered area associated with the maintenance building. The storage building has 3,260 sf of storage area and restrooms plus 2,360 sf of covered area.
